Non-Liability and Operational Policy for dchan.soy
dchan.soy is not a hosting service, a centralized platform, or a content moderator. We are developers of open-source software only. There is no central server under our control, no content storage on our infrastructure, and no mechanism for us to access, review, remove, or disable any material that users may find, post, or share through the software we release.
We assume no responsibility whatsoever for:
- Any content discovered, uploaded, downloaded, shared, or otherwise encountered via dchan.soy-enabled networks;
- The actions, statements, or omissions of any user, node operator, or third party;
- Compliance with copyright, privacy, defamation, obscenity, or any other laws in any jurisdiction.
DMCA and Legal Notices
We do not designate any agent for service of process. We do not accept, process, acknowledge, or respond to:
- DMCA takedown notices;
- Counter-notices;
- Subpoenas, court orders, or law-enforcement inquiries;
- TAKE IT DOWN Act complaints;
- Any other legal demands, cease-and-desist letters, or extrajudicial requests.
All such correspondence will be ignored and discarded without review. There is no address, email, telephone, fax, or other contact point for legal matters—because there is nothing to litigate. We build and ship code. That is all.
The soy must flow.
The decentralized network operates independently of us. Nodes are run by volunteers worldwide. Content propagates peer-to-peer. If you object to something you encounter, your remedy lies with the individual node operators—if you can identify and reach them—or with the natural entropy of an open, permissionless system.
